Max Nadoraski isn’t waiting to grow up to make a difference — he’s doing it now. As a high school student with a passion for positivity and inclusion, Max founded Lead the Change with one big goal: to inspire kindness, spark conversations, and help create a better world, one t-shirt at a time.

When he’s not designing new shirts, Max volunteers with Sphere, an organization that supports adults with disabilities — a group that holds a very special place in his heart. To show his commitment, 20% of all Lead the Change proceeds are donated directly to Sphere, helping to fuel programs, build community, and support real lives. He'll be putting the rest of his profit toward college!

Max believes that real change starts with small acts — a smile, a message, a shirt that says, “You Matter.”
